Les bandes <strong>esbelt\u00ae <em>wick resistant<\/em><\/strong> avec des tissus \u00e0 faible capillarit\u00e9 <strong>emp\u00eachent l\u2019absorption d\u2019eau et d\u2019huiles<\/strong>, ce qui am\u00e9liore l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne dans les applications alimentaires. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019absorption de liquides ou d\u2019huiles par le tissu inf\u00e9rieur d\u2019une bande transporteuse peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes tels que le d\u00e9laminage ou la s\u00e9paration des tissus. Dans les applications alimentaires, les micro-organismes peuvent \u00eatre absorb\u00e9s par capillarit\u00e9 dans le tissu de la bande, ce qui favorise leur propagation dans tout le tissu et rend son nettoyage difficile. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos bandes r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 la capillarit\u00e9 (<em>wick resistant<\/em>) sont fabriqu\u00e9es avec des tissus qui re\u00e7oivent un traitement sp\u00e9cial et r\u00e9ussissent le test <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esbelt.com\/fr\/produits\/proprietes-reglementations\/conforme-au-test-de-capillarite-g11\/\">Wicking Test G11<\/a>, un concept d\u00e9fini dans une directive de la FDA de juin 2011, chapitre G section 11. Selon le test, les bandes avec support textile doivent \u00eatre test\u00e9es avec un colorant alimentaire formul\u00e9 avec de l\u2019eau\u00a0: les p\u00e9n\u00e9trations sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1\u00a0mm ne sont pas acceptables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bandes thermoplastiques en polyur\u00e9thane de notre s\u00e9rie TPU Standard et Premium sont dot\u00e9es de tissus \u00e0 faible capillarit\u00e9 <em>wick resistant<\/em>.
