Processing with food guarantee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once the harvested olives arrive at the mill, they are loaded and transferred through the various selection and washing processes on our Aster chevron belts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These PVC belts are preferred over conventional rubber belts as they are non-toxic<\/g>, phthalate-free and comply to the European Union food quality regulations EU10\/2011. They are particularly suitable for processing organic and ecological olive oil. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Robust and efficient design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

esbelt\u00ae PVC belts designed for olive oil processing have ribbed profiles and 15 mm high side walls, preventing overflow and loss of olives during inclined or horizontal transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solutions for small spaces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In olive mills with little space, where conveyors must overcome large differences in height, our belts with Runer\u00ae sidewalls and cleats are usually installed, thus avoiding the backward movement or overflow of the olives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
