The gases generated during combustion are collected and analyzed to verify the absence of Nitrogen (N), Sulfur (S), Fluorine (F), and Chlorine (Cl)<\/strong>. This check is essential to ensure that the material does not release unwanted compounds during its use in sensitive applications. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Verna<\/a> (polyolefin) and Poler<\/a> (thermoplastic polyester) belts, especially recommended for the tobacco sector<\/a>, successfully pass this test<\/strong>, performed by the Hygiene-Institut<\/strong> in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In contrast, Polyurethane (PU) and PVC belts, whose suitability was questioned by the tobacco industry, do not pass the Pyrolysis test.<\/p>\n<\/div>
